Pop Icons...

Pop Icons was last night...
If you are unsure as to what pop icons is then go to my youtube account, i explain on a few of my recent videos. Basically it is a singing competition. you audition i got through. ( its something they have done in my school for like 6 years now!) anyway...
i thourght it was aweful! i was soooooo nervous that i went out of time, at the start- i forgot to clear my throat before i went on (plus still being full of a cold) and when i started singing i was croaky. I had to turn my head and cough!
soo, the titles that were up for grabs were;
.Best newcommer group.
.Best newcommer solo.
.Text vote.
.Best group.
.Best solo.
I thourght tas i didn't win the text vote i had NO chance. The other titles were choosen by the three judges. As it happens, I WON BEST NEWCOMMER SOLO! I am soo chuffed. i didn't think i had a chance, there were 9 new commer solo's. WOOHOO! All the winners now go to the County Finals. That will be a BIGGER audience! And well, it's going to be SCARIER!

soar throat. :(

how come, somthing really important comes up and you suddenly get a huge spot, or a cold. well this thursday i have a really really important singing competition and i have a really bad cold comming and i have a huge spot! URGH! what is wrong with the world. you get the slightest bit of happiness in your life and there comes crashing down the worst thing that could possibly happen. :(

science lesson...

you may think i am really sad but me and my class mates like to entertain ourselve in science lessons by singing stupid songs, like adverts or kids programs and change the words.

well, we all found this highly ammusing for about fifthteen minutes at the start of the lesson.
Then we moved on to the childrens t.v program 'BARNEY' if you are unaware- barnet is a dinosaur and just generally an awesome programe.

and give him constepation.> you might think that we are imature, but science lessons can be boring- we adapted the barney theme tune in more than just one way.

you can't beat strawberry jam on toast an hot cup of tea after a long, boring day of school. such a tasty, quick delish treat...

eye drops...

Nearly finished the bottle of eye drops i have. eye infection actually gone now, but to stay on the safe side i am finishing the rest of the bottle. i think i have just got used to not seeing myself in loads of black eye makeup. i might have even started to like what i look like with noooo eye makeup on. i put some on the other day before school- i thourght i looked soo strange that i had to get it off. whats happend to me? maybe its the eyes drops getting to my head- well...they do go in to my eyes so they might reach my brain. evil things i tell you!

twilight argument...

soo, last night I was on this chatroom thingy for twilight fans (teamtwilight.com) and some people were saying they were fans of jacob. this was where i stepped in, we broke out in to a huge debate about who was more attractive, then who hurt bella more and why, my point got across loud and clear that EDWARD is the definition of perfection. one girl thourght she would disagree, saying that he left bella. 'edward may be perfect, but he's not GOD, he makes mistake!' i thourght that was fairly clever for me. well... in the end i think we all had to agree to disagree. I OBVIOUSLY WON THE BATTLE. i used quotes to back up my ideas- A+, if only my english teacher could see me now. ( she would kill me for missing out and miss using my capital letters).
